氣炸日式照燒汁雞翼 (附食譜) Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Wings (Recipe Included)


移居英國後,氣炸鍋絕對是廚房好幫手!今天 Money 姨姨 分享一道超簡單的氣炸雞翼,用英國超市隨手可得的調味料,做出家鄉的味道









林料: 
雞翼 (8 隻)  

調味料:
海鹽 (適量)
黑胡椒 (適量)
黃糖 (1/4 茶匙)
蒜粉 (1/2 茶匙)
辣椒粉 (1/8 茶匙) 
日式照燒汁 (2 茶匙)

做法:
1) 解凍雞翼,用水加海鹽浸 30 分鐘以上,然後清洗乾淨,隔水備用.

2)  用調味料醃勻雞翼,放入雪櫃至少醃 3-4 小時. (今次我醃了大半日).

4)  從雪櫃取出雞翼,先預熱氣炸鍋,調較 180 度空鍋氣炸 3 分鐘.

5)  放入雞翼,用 180 度氣炸 13 分鐘,然後反轉雞翼同樣用 180 度氣炸 5 分鐘。

6)  最後,再反轉雞翼, 用180度氣炸 3 分鐘,就可取出盛起食用.


愛心提示:

1)  不同氣炸鍋爐温都可能會有少少分別,大家要應認氣炸鍋爐温而調較合適温度.

2)  辣椒粉可以不加的,視乎大家喜歡口味.

Ingredients:
​Chicken wings: 8 pieces

​Seasonings:
​Sea salt: To taste
​Black pepper: To taste
​Brown sugar: 1/4 tsp
​Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp
​Chili powder: 1/8 tsp (optional)
​Japanese Teriyaki sauce: 2 tsp

​Instructions:
​1)  Thaw the chicken wings. Soak them in water with sea salt for at least 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and drain well.

​2)  Rub the seasonings evenly onto the wings. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours (I marinated mine for half a day for better flavor).

​3)  Remove wings from the fridge. Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.

​4)  Place the wings in the basket. Air fry at 180°C for 13 minutes. Flip the wings over and air fry at 180°C for another 5 minutes.

5)  Flip them one last time and air fry at 180°C for a final 3 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve hot!

Tips from Money EE:
​1)  Every air fryer model varies slightly. Please adjust the cooking time or temperature based on your own appliance's performance.

​2)  Feel free to skip the chili powder if you prefer a non-spicy version.
