港式家常茄汁大蝦 (附食譜) Home-Style Hong Kong Tomato Sauce Prawns (Recipe Included)

材料:

海蝦 (10 隻)

洋蔥 (2 個細 - 切條)

蒜蓉 (5 粒 - 切碎)


​調味料:

​茄汁 (3 湯匙)
​白醋 (3 湯匙)
​黃糖 (2 茶匙)
​水 (3 湯匙)

做法:

​1)  剪角、剪腳、剪鬚,並挑去蝦腸。清洗乾淨後,記得用廚房紙徹底吸乾水分,這樣煎起來才夠香。
2)  洋蔥去衣切條,蒜頭切成碎末。
3) 熱鑊落油,將海蝦煎至兩邊轉色成熟透,盛起備用。
4) 下油炒香洋蔥至軟身,加入蒜蓉兜炒,倒入調味料煮勻。
5)  見醬汁開始濃稠,加入海蝦快速兜勻,讓每一隻蝦都掛滿酸甜汁液,即可盛起食用

Ingredients:

​King Prawns: 10 pieces
​Onions: 2 small (sliced)
​Garlic: 5 cloves (minced)

Seasoning:

​Ketchup: 3 tbsp
​White Vinegar: 3 tbsp
​Brown Sugar: 2 tsp
​Water: 3 tbsp

Instructions:

1)  ​Trim the rostrum (sharp point), legs, and antennae. Devein the prawns. After rinsing, remember to pat them thoroughly dry with kitchen paper to ensure they sear beautifully and aromatically.
2)  Peel and slice the onions. Mince the garlic.
3)  Heat oil in a wok or pan. Pan-fry the prawns until they turn color and are fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4)  Add a little oil to the pan and sauté the onions until softened. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the seasoning mixture and bring to a simmer.
5)  Once the sauce starts to thicken, return the prawns to the pan. Toss quickly to ensure every prawn is evenly coated in the sweet and sour sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy!
