​韓式部隊鍋(家常隨心版)​Home-style Korean Army Stew (Budae Jjigae)


今次試下自己調配醬汁,整咗我最愛嘅『韓式部隊鍋』。材料落足本,煮到熱辣辣咁。**自己整仲可以加埋其他鍾意嘅食材,豐富好多!**最後加埋個公仔麵落去掛滿醬汁,真係好飽又大滿足!喺屋企整呢類鍋物,簡單、豐盛又夠暖胃。

I decided to mix my own sauce this time for my favorite Korean Army Stew (Budae Jjigae). I went all out with the ingredients, and it was piping hot and delicious! The best part of making it at home is being able to add all your favorite ingredients. Finishing it off with instant noodles soaked in that flavorful sauce was so satisfying. Such a simple, hearty, and warming meal to make at home!




🥘 材料:

​香腸 (5 條,切片)
​午餐肉 (1 罐,切片)
​豬肉片 (份量隨意)
​金菇菜 (1 扎)
​甘筍 (2 細條,切片)
​芝士碎 (適量)
​公仔麵 (1-2 包)

🥣 自家調配醬汁:

​韓國辣椒醬 (1 大湯匙)
​韓國辣椒粉 (1 大茶匙)
​味噌 (1 大湯匙)
​味醂 (1 茶匙)
​醬油 (1 茶匙)

🍳 做法:

1)  將所有食材處理好後,整齊鋪放在鍋的邊緣。
2)  將所有醬汁材料拌勻放在鍋中間,加入適量清水(大約蓋過食材一半),開火煮至滾起,確保醬汁完全溶化。
3)  待食材煮熟後即可食用。

💡 Money 姨姨的小秘訣:

我個人鍾意先食一半食材,等個湯底煮到再濃郁啲嘅時候,先加入公仔麵同芝士碎。咁樣個麵會掛滿濃濃嘅醬汁,味道層次更高!

✨ 溫馨提示:

今次做法好隨心,主要係睇家中有咩食材同醬料就攞出嚟煮。大家完全可以根據個人口味同屋企剩餘嘅食材嚟調整,煮出一鍋屬於自己嘅味道。


🥘Ingredients:

​Sausages (5 pcs, sliced)
​Luncheon Meat (1 can, sliced)
​Pork Slices (as desired)
​Enoki Mushrooms (1 bunch)
​Carrots (2 small, sliced)
​Shredded Cheese (to taste)
​Instant Noodles (1-2 packs)

🥣Homemade Sauce:

​Korean Chili Paste (1 tbsp)
​Korean Chili Powder (1 tsp)
​Miso Paste (1 tbsp)
​Mirin (1 tsp)
​Soy Sauce (1 tsp)

​​🍳 Instructions:

​1)  Arrange all the prepared ingredients neatly around the sides of the pot.
​2)  Mix the sauce ingredients together and place in the center. Add water (about half-way up the ingredients) and bring to a boil until the sauce is fully dissolved.
​3)  Once the ingredients are cooked, it’s ready to serve!

💡Tip: 

I personally like to eat half of the ingredients first, then add the instant noodles and cheese when the soup becomes richer and thicker. The noodles will soak up all the flavorful sauce!

This recipe is very flexible! Feel free to use whatever ingredients or sauces you have in your kitchen and adjust to your own taste.
