Hi everyone, Today, I’m sharing a family favorite that is constantly requested at my dinner table. Not only is it incredibly easy to whip up, but the savory sauce is also a total 'rice-thief'! Plus, with the high nutritional value and health benefits of onions, it’s a wholesome dish that both kids and adults will love. Let’s get cooking!
材料:
肥牛肉 (約 300 g)
洋蔥 (1 個 - 切條)
蒜頭 (5 粒 - 切碎)
調味料:
日式醬油 (1 湯匙)
日式味醂 (1 湯匙)
日式清酒 (1 湯匙)
黃糖 (1 茶匙)
鰹魚粉 (1 包 - 4g)
熱水 (約 300 g)
做法:
1) 肥牛解凍,備用.
2) 洋蔥去皮及切條,備用
3) 開中火下油,加入洋蔥炒至軟身,下蒜蓉炒勻.
4) 熱水加入鰹魚粉後拌勻,注入鍋內,加蓋細火煮約 3 分鐘.
5) 加入肥牛拌勻後,加蓋細火煮至肥牛熟透,然後試味,就可盛起食用.
Ingredients:
Beef slices (approx. 300g)
Onion (1 large, sliced)
Garlic (5 cloves, minced)
Seasoning:
Japanese soy sauce (1 tbsp)
Mirin (1 tbsp)
Japanese cooking sake (1 tbsp)
Brown sugar (1 tsp)
Dashi powder (1 sachet - 4g)
Hot water (approx. 300ml)
Instructions:
1) Thaw the beef slices and set aside.
2) Peel and slice the onion into strips.
3) Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until softened, then add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
4) Mix the dashi powder with hot water, then pour the mixture into the pan. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
5) Add the beef slices and stir well. Cover and simmer on low heat until the beef is fully cooked. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve hot.
