I decided to mix my own sauce this time for my favorite Korean Army Stew (Budae Jjigae). I went all out with the ingredients, and it was piping hot and delicious! The best part of making it at home is being able to add all your favorite ingredients. Finishing it off with instant noodles soaked in that flavorful sauce was so satisfying.
